Comprehensive Supplier Analysis: A thorough analysis of suppliers in China upon client request (checking business licenses, verifying the current activity of the supplier company in China, price analysis with the possibility to negotiate your personal discount, address of the production and office of the supplier, manufacturing time for the goods, and the availability of samples, including free samples).

Product Inspection: Inspection of the product at the logistics company’s warehouse by our employee in China before shipment to Ukraine.

Laboratory Testing: The option to conduct laboratory testing in China for specific types of food additives (to be agreed upon) before shipping to Ukraine. This service is useful if you will be ordering large batches of goods to minimize product defects.

Yes, we can send you samples of the products that we have in stock so that you can check the quality of the goods from our suppliers. The delivery time for the samples depends on which specific product you need and whether it is currently available in Ukraine. If we do not have the necessary samples, we will order them from China for the client.

We provide all quality certificates from the manufacturer to the client, conduct SGS testing before shipment to Ukraine, and, if needed, we can also perform a personal photo and video report of the goods before shipping to Ukraine as an additional paid service.
